Technical Performance
1. This conveying system meets the requirements of 12-second module production line battery cell flower basket self-delivery.
2. This system manually unpacks the battery cells and puts them into the turnover fixture (each fixture holds 300 pieces of 300PCS battery cells) and transports them to the stringer.
3. There are 4 units on the right side of the loading entrance and 8 manual loading positions, which can meet the feeding of 4 photovoltaic battery module assem bly lines.
4. The system consists of a loading unit, a buffer unit, a conveying and converging unit, a main line conveying unit, a diverslon unit, a lifting unit, and an overhead line conveying unit.
5. Advantages: centralized battery cell loading area, stable and fast conveying , and with FRD data collection and tracking.
