European solar sector opposes trade defence measures via public statement

More than 400 European solar companies have published an open letter via industry body SolarPower Europe, opposing trade defence measures for the solar sector in the European Union (EU).

 

The 429 signatories, including 18 manufacturers and 28 associations and research institutes from 26 member states, said imposing trade defence measures on solar PV products will slow down solar

deployment.
